  • 1 Cookie/Ice Cream Scoop or Spoon
  • 1 Fork

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ¾ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Flax Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • ¾ Cup Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ Cup Raisins

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Molasses
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line baking sheet with partchment paper or spray with oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add 2 1/4 cups oats, 2 cups flour, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 flax seeds, 1/4 hemp seeds, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp sea salt, 3/4 chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup raisins. Mix together until combined.
  • In the liquid measuring cup add 1/4 molasses, 1/2 olive oil, 1 cup milk, 3 tbsp honey and 3 tbsp maple syrup and whisk until combined.
  • Pour wet ingredents into the dry ingredients and stir together.
  • Using the cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of cookie mix and place onto baking sheet. Space out each cookie about 1 1-2 inches apart.
  • With your fork gently press down on the top of the cookie to flatten into a circle.
  • Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until trail mix cookies are golden brown.
  • Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying!
